The SoRock Coalition is a dynamic group of concerned, caring parents, youth, professionals and community members who believe that by working together we can enhance our community What We do: The SoRock coalition currently provides or collaborates on the following initiatives benefiting the Fremont, Hampstead, Sanborn and Timberlane school communities. Mission Statement: It is the mission of the SoRock Coalition to promote, support and sustain healthy life choices for youth and their families in our communities Vision Statement: The towns of the Sanborn and Timberlane school districts (Atkinson, Danville, Fremont, Hampstead, Kingston, Newton, Plaistow and Sandown, NH) are vibrant, active, caring communities that support families being the best they can be by promoting safe, healthy and substance free lifestyles for children and adults through collective and individual responsibility. |

- Working for improved access to treatment through various grant writing and
"wrap around" service plans with key stake holders in the community.
- Providing a FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER that offers multi-media materials for
the community on substance abuse, alcohol, tobacco, violence prevention and
other information important to young people and their families
- Identification of future funding sources for programs and
initiatives in the community
- Workshops for Youth and Families
- Community Forums and Education
- Recovery Support Groups for parents and youth.
